Jill Wesley is dedicated to helping others reach their potential and creating lasting change. Her energetic programs blend current research and experience with her humorous, down-to-earth speaking style. She has been a speaker, corporate trainer, and educator for over 25 years with experience ranging from speaking to executive teams to delivering programs to groups of 10,000. She specializes in leadership communication and has led professional development programs on effective keynotes, presentation skills and strategic communication to over 80,000 leaders and their high-performing employees.
Jill has a deep commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and has decades of experience coaching and advising cross-cultural business ventures. She’s delivered more than 300 keynotes at conferences in the U.S. and abroad, and has worked in 25 countries for extended periods of time. She spent six years overseas living in Europe, Australia, Asia, and South America and she continues to work across cultures today.
Her focus on inclusion gives her an ability to relate to a wide range of audiences. She’s committed to creating connection, “ah-ha moments” and actionable steps an audience can apply right away. She will make you laugh, make you think, and help you make a difference.
